With a heavy reliance on herbicides, we are starting to see a few weed populations survive brews that have previously worked. Join Murray Plains Farmers for a workshop exploring how herbicide resistance is developing and mitigating the risk of losing chemical control options through crop rotation and sequencing.
There will also be an interactive session to benchmark your risk attitude and decision making against more than 1000 growers and advisors.
MPF has received funding for the project as part of the Grains Research & Development Corporation’s RiskWi$e program, designed to help growers better manage risky decisions in cropping. This workshop is also supported by WeedSmart to deliver science-backed weed control solutions for long-term profitability in Australian agriculture
